Uttarakhand Open University was established with an aim to disseminate knowledge and skills through distance learning with introduction of flexible and innovative methods of education to ensure ‘independent learning’.
Our academic programmes have been designed to congregate the needs of students, employers and the regional as well as national community. Through ongoing curricula development and extensive course offerings, Uttarakhand Open University adheres to ensure quality education for our students. University tries to adapt with the rapid changes that are taking place in the sphere of technical and professional education by introducing a number of job oriented courses.
